 This contract of sale entered into this ___day of____,2006, by and between the above-named parties, herein       called Seller and Buyer. Whereas the Buyer agrees to purchas the above described puppy from the Seller, at the above mentioned price and terms stated therein.The Seller guarantees the animal herin to be of Pet Quality only and is not guaranteeing it to be of Breeding or Sheow Quality. Size is not guaranteed. Faults that may or may not be hereditary do not apply to Pet Quality. The Seller is giving the buyer (if stated above) a 48 hour et Check Guarantee. Whereas, the Buyer has 48 hours to take the animal to a licensed veternarian, of their choice, to have the animal checked thoroughly. The Vet Check Guarantee does not apply to internal parasites of any kind, any communicable diseases, infections of any kind, hernias, stress-related illnesses or any sickness or injuries relating to mistreatment or poor care. In the event the Vet Check shows an abnormality (genetic related), that is life threatening, the Seller will replace the animal with one of equal value (in Seller's opinion). If there is non available at that time, the Buyer has the option of either paying the difference in price of another puppy, take a puppy of lesser value, or waiting until the Seller has another puppy of equal value, either from the same parents or different parents. In the event that this guarantee does apply, the Buyer must furnish to the Seller an explanation sheet from the examining veternarian. If the animal dies, within the 48 hour period, the Buyer must furnish to the Seller an autopsy report from their vet, with full explanation of death. The animal must also be available for viewing by Seller if desired. None of the above incurred expenses are the responsibility of the Seller. If also the 48 hour guarantee does not apply, the Seller is not, in any way what so ever, is required to refund the purchase money paid for the above mentioned animal. A health record of shots and wormings is provided at the time of sale to show to Buyer's veternarian. The Seller assumes no responsibility for this animal after leaving the premises: medical expenses, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family members, or for any other reason.
